Matt Culp is the owner of Bainbridge Lending Group and a life-long resident of Bainbridge. With ten years experience in the lending business, Matt enjoys working with all kinds of clients-from first-time homebuyers to second home and investment property purchasers. He is available evenings and weekends via his cell phone. A member of the Washington State Bar Association, Matt lives on the Island with his wife Laura and their three children. |

Megan Higgs is our senior assistant and a loan officer. A vital part of the Bainbridge Lending Group team, her primary role is to assist Matt and Brian with the processing and closing of client files. Megan's more than 9 years experience in the mortgage business shines through everyday as she keeps all of the loan files moving efficiently toward closing. |
